🛡️ The 30-Day Homiday Promise

At Homiday, we want you to love what you bought. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. All returns are processed in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Hygiene & Safety Safeguards

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are ineligible for "Change of Mind" returns once opened:

  • Baby Essentials: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened nappies, wipes, and baby skincare products cannot be returned.
  • Consumables: Laundry detergents, cleaners, and other liquids cannot be returned if the safety seal is broken.
  • Bulk Buys: Items purchased in bulk must be returned as a complete, unopened case.

📦 Arrived Damaged or Leaking?

Aussie couriers can be rough! If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a leaking bottle):

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours.
  2. Email it to support@homiday.shop.
  3. We will provide a 100% refund or free replacement—no need to ship the messy liquids back!
